What are some other CREATIVE ways to use my frozen veggie burger patties?
I have heard all of the Ideas to crumble and use just like hamburger, BOR-ING. Has anyone created or come across a recipe that uses these frozen patties in a really creative way, that tastes great. 1 example I have found and was fairly good was replace Eggplant with “Garden-burger” patties in Eggplant Parmesan. I live in Missouri so SHOW ME what you got! remember I am NOT looking for: “crumble and use in (insert boring hamburger dish here)”
PS I do eat Cheese and Eggs (not Vegan, in fact, I love Meat too)

make something like saulsbury steaks but only with the veggie burgers cut them in quarters and cookk them in a gravy and serve with rice or mashed potatoes with corn or grean beans
you could also let them thaw and press a pattie down pretty flat but not real thin and place something like sour cream mashed potatoes and some sort of herb like chives or something you like and then place another burger on top that has been pressed flat and seal around the edges and cook in a pan with onions mushrooms and peppers and then when burgers are done remove and make a gravy with the onions mushooms and peppers still in the pan and use as a topp off for the buger and you can serve that with fries
